Senior Brand Designer

Podium is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join its in-house Brand team in Lehi, Utah. This role is pivotal in shaping a world-class brand and driving creative strategy across campaigns, product marketing, and content. The Senior Brand Designer will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create impactful designs that move the business forward.

The Brand team at Podium focuses on creating compelling materials that elevate the brand and drive business growth. They work closely with the Product Design team, especially on experiences that communicate the power of Podium's AI-powered product. The team fosters a culture of ownership, curiosity, and creative problem-solving.

This position is based onsite at Podium's headquarters in Lehi, Utah, to enhance collaboration and rapid iteration.

Role Involves:

• Leading creative execution for marketing campaigns, lifecycle assets, landing pages, ebooks, social content, event branding, and swag.
• Owning projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with content, marketing, and product teams.
• Partnering with creative directors and fellow designers to evolve and extend the brand system.
• Identifying opportunities to surprise, differentiate, and elevate the brand across all channels.
• Contributing to design systems that support marketing and product use cases.
• Integrating motion design into work, collaborating with motion designers or using After Effects.
• Seeking and applying feedback to continuously improve creative quality.
• Managing multiple projects efficiently without sacrificing creativity or craft.

Requirements:

• A portfolio that demonstrates range, taste, and strategic thinking across brand, digital, and motion work.
• 4–6+ years of experience in a design role, preferably at a tech company, in-house brand team, or design-led agency.
• Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects).
• Experience or exposure to motion design (After Effects, Lottie, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and current design trends in tech/marketing.
• A proactive and curious mindset, especially when it comes to adopting tools like AI.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A self-directed, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
