Head of Monitoring & Testing

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Head of Monitoring & Testing to oversee the development and enhancement of the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program. This role involves partnering with Compliance Leaders, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.Responsibilities include:

• Owning and managing the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program.
• Leading and mentoring a team responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews globally.
• Communicating compliance framework and GCMT Program requirements to stakeholders.
• Engaging cross-functionally to establish global processes, standards, documentation, and test plans.
• Preparing compliance reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements include:

• 7+ years of experience in compliance with financial services, FinTech, or cryptocurrency industries.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Experience in compliance monitoring and testing roles.
• Knowledge of crypto, compliance regulations, financial services regulations, internal policies, processes, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
