Job Description
OKX is seeking a Head of Monitoring & Testing to lead the development and enhancement of the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program. This role involves partnering with Compliance Leaders, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks. The Head of Monitoring & Testing will oversee a team responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews globally and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal policies.
Role involves:
- Managing the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program.
- Leading and mentoring a team of Compliance Analysts.
- Establishing global processes, standards, and test plans.
- Preparing Compliance reports for management and stakeholders.
- Staying informed of regulatory developments and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in compliance within financial services, FinTech, or cryptocurrency industries.
- 4+ years of management experience.
- Experience in compliance monitoring and testing roles.
- Knowledge of crypto, compliance regulations, and financial services regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
