Job Description
Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Audio Visual Specialist to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of enterprise-grade audio-visual and video conferencing solutions across its global office footprint. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of how PlayStation employees connect, communicate, and collaborate.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of scalable, secure, and user-centric AV/VC solutions.
  • Develop and own the AV/VC technology roadmap.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Define and document AV/VC standards and best practices.
  • Partner with Workplace, IT Infrastructure, and Real Estate teams.
  • Collaborate with vendors, integrators, and internal partners.
  • Act as escalation point for complex AV/VC issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data and user feedback.
  • Lead proof-of-concept pilots and test labs.


Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise AV/VC engineering.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying AV/VC systems at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of AV/VC platforms and hardware ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with AV-over-IP, digital signage, control systems, and room scheduling tools.
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure.
  • Superb communication skills.
  • Experience with global standards and cross-functional teams.
  • CTS-D or CTS-I certification a plus.
