Yext is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their business development team. This role focuses on accelerating pipeline growth through customer engagement and outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, curious, and results-driven.

Role involves:
  • Driving customer engagement through lead follow-up and outbound prospecting.
  • Researching and identifying potential prospects using tools like LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Generating first meetings with prospects through various channels.
  • Conducting early opportunity qualification.
  • Building tailored messaging to educate prospects about Yext's solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintaining meticulous notes and tracking in Salesforce and Outreach.io.
  • Delivering qualified opportunities to the account team.
  • Meeting assigned SLAs and achieving goals for opportunity creation and conversion.

Requirements:
  • 1+ year in sales development/business development or relevant experience.
