Job Description
Adyen is seeking an Implementation Manager to serve as the primary technical contact for merchants, guiding them through the integration of Adyen's payment platform. This role involves overseeing the design, development, testing, and launch phases, ensuring a seamless merchant experience. The Implementation Manager will collaborate with internal teams and provide technical consultation to optimize payment solutions. This position is based in Adyen's Amsterdam office.
What this role involves:
- Creating scalable solutions for merchant integrations.
- Serving as a consultative partner for merchants in e-commerce, point of sale, and multi-faceted platforms.
- Collaborating with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Overseeing high-quality project delivery and ensuring the technical integrity of merchant integrations.
- Providing consultation on optimizing payment solutions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience integrating with Web APIs or providing technical consultation.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort leading meetings with high-level decision-makers.
- Ability to identify and communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in the payments landscape is a plus.
