The Senior Industrial Engineer will be a collaborative partner who drives change and establishes standardization of IE products in order to achieve functional excellence.

- Assisting in establishing a high-performing Industrial Engineering functional home room.
- Driving change and standardizing IE products.
- Providing guidelines for manufacturing processes.
- Performing technical data analysis related to workflow and manpower.
- Establishing KPIs and supporting performance management.
- Developing work plans and methods for maximum personnel utilization.
- Designing facilities and layouts for efficient workflow.
- Leading efforts to automate production processes.
- Utilizing Continuous Improvement tools for process optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology.
- 10+ years of industrial engineering experience in aerospace or automotive.
- Ability to apply lean tools for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record as a collaborator.
- A base pay between $114,000 - $135,000.
