Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Contract Management to join their Employee Lifecycle team. This role focuses on ensuring legally compliant contract-related activities for Remote’s external employees and clients, while prioritizing a superior employee experience. Overseeing and resolving end-to-end employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions.
Managing modifications to Employment Agreements for internal and external employees.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
Developing and updating global internal documentation pertaining to Contracts Management.
Addressing internal and external inquiries on employment matters.
Drafting, tailoring, and administering employee lifecycle documents.
Processing employee lifecycle events on Remote’s internal HRIS platform.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Managing employee data and confidential information.
Requirements:
Experience as an HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner.
Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes.
Efficiency in operations and thorough record-keeping.
Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously.
Ability to work independently and cohesively in an international team.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Keen interest in documentation and asynchronous working.
Familiarity with communication, documentation, and project management tools.
Experience working in a remote setting is a plus.
