Broadvoice is seeking a driven Account Executive to focus on strategic sales within the Mexican market. This remote position reports to the Director of International Sales and involves less than 30% travel. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating sales through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails, and strategic partner relationships. This role includes acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
Generating sales through various channels
Evaluating customer needs for UCaaS and CCaaS
Offering consultative solutions
Liaising with internal and external teams
Researching and reaching out to prospects
Requirements:
English and Spanish proficiency
Sales-oriented with a customer-focused approach
Positive attitude and team-building skills
Self-motivated and accountable in a remote setting
Strong sales techniques and goal achievement
Exceptional communication skills
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
Experience in telecommunications (UCaaS, CCaaS) and B2B sales (a plus)
