Job Description
Elite Technology is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive new business development within the legal and professional services sector in the UK. This is a remote position where the candidate will support Elite’s growth and market expansion. The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and closing new client opportunities, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering tailored business solutions to senior stakeholders.

What This Role Involves:
  • Exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas by developing new business across the assigned UK territory.
  • Identifying and engaging prospective clients through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting.
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with legal and financial decision-makers at mid-to-large law firms.
  • Managing full-cycle enterprise software sales engagements from initial contact through close.
  • Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to create effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of client pain points, business needs, and industry trends to position Elite's solutions effectively.
  • Accurately forecasting and tracking all sales activities using Salesforce.com.
  • Working closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sale.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Law, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of experience selling SaaS financial or business applications, ideally to legal or professional services firms
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong ability to self-generate pipeline and effectively manage long, complex sales cycles
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and influencing high-stakes buying decisions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with ROI modeling and value-based selling approaches
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Experience applying structured sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management or similar) is highly preferred
