Elite Technology is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth and support the company's expansion across the North American legal market. This is a remote position ideal for a results-driven sales professional. The Senior Account Executive will play a key role in driving new business growth, supporting Elite’s expansion across the North American legal market.Elite Technology is a leading, independent technology company that helps law firms drive profitability through improved operational effectiveness, increased efficiency, and greater visibility across their business.What this role involves:
  • Prospecting and cold calling into a defined U.S.-based territory to generate new opportunities.
  • Conducting discovery meetings with law firm stakeholders to uncover business needs.
  • Delivering solution-focused presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
  • Executing a consultative sales process from first meeting to contract close.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed account plans to guide engagement strategy.
  • Accurately forecasting pipeline progression and close rates using CRM tools.
  • Collaborating with internal teams across finance, legal, marketing, and customer success.
  • Tracking all sales activities and outcomes in Salesforce and related tools.
  • Staying informed on legal industry trends, client feedback, and competitive landscape.
What company requires:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone within the United States and be available to work standard East Coast business hours.
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive or Account Manager role.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and winning new logo business.
  • Experience selling ERP or platform-based SaaS products strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Gong).
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with experience navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with comfort presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a remote setting.
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills.
