Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a Manager for Recruiting Experience and Programs. This role reports to the Head of Recruiting Operations and involves building and developing a team focused on creating exceptional candidate and interviewer experiences, while establishing scalable, consistent interview programs. The Manager will partner closely with recruiting leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain high standards during rapid growth.Role involves:
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of team leaders and coordinators.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive interview programs.
  • Creating cohesive candidate journey experiences.
  • Leveraging technology and AI to enhance interview quality.
  • Implementing feedback mechanisms to enhance candidate and interviewer experiences.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling multi-level teams.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting operations, interview design, and candidate experience best practices.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing recruiting technologies (Greenhouse, BrightHire, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to program design and improvement.
  • Experience creating scalable, global recruiting programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
