Anthropic is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to join their Dublin team. This role involves working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. The Recruiting Operations Specialist will play a critical role in building the regional recruiting operations infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimizing the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Supporting recruiters with interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Developing scalable recruiting processes and documentation.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting recruiting systems and tools in EMEA.
- Collaborating with the global recruiting operations team.
- Partnering with local HR, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Supporting new recruiting team orientation sessions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve candidate experience and internal efficiency.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or similar coordination roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
