Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to join their Dublin team. This role involves working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. The Recruiting Operations Specialist will play a critical role in building the regional recruiting operations infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and optimizing the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Supporting recruiters with interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Developing scalable recruiting processes and documentation.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting recruiting systems and tools in EMEA.
  • Collaborating with the global recruiting operations team.
  • Partnering with local HR, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Supporting new recruiting team orientation sessions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve candidate experience and internal efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or similar coordination roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones.
  • Proficiency with data analysis.
