Job Description
The New York Times is seeking a Systems Analyst, Executive Support, to provide top-tier support to its senior leadership. This role demands excellent customer service, quick troubleshooting skills, and discretion. The Systems Analyst will support presentations during executive events and conferences, as well as handle the installation and upgrading of various technologies.
  • Providing immediate support to high-level executives and VIPs.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Responding to incidents and requests within a ticketing system.
  • Coordinating audio/video presentations.
  • Deploying and supporting multiple devices.
  • Evaluating executive technology needs and recommending solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in an information technology technical support role.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and executive assistants.
  • Proficiency in Mac, PC, iOS, and Android.
  • Technical knowledge of audio and video systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
