Job Description
Wayve is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build their Fleet Operations team. This role involves shaping hiring strategies, delivering candidate experiences, and bringing in talent to scale. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in building a diverse and high-performing team across technician, support, and fleet operations functions.

Role involves:
  • Owning end-to-end hiring for all Fleet Operations globally.
  • Leading and managing a small team of recruiters.
  • Partnering with Fleet Ops leadership to understand hiring needs.
  • Sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates.
  • Providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Using data to improve hiring processes.
  • Supporting hiring managers with guidance.
  • Collaborating with the wider People & Talent team.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience hiring for technical operations, logistics, or fleet-related roles.
  • Experience hiring on a global scale.
  • Experience managing and developing talent acquisition professionals.
  • Strong sourcing skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in-house and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Passion for candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS tools (desirable).
  • Comfortable working in a startup or scale-up environment (desirable).
