Wayve is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build their Fleet Operations team. This role involves shaping hiring strategies, delivering candidate experiences, and bringing in talent to scale. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in building a diverse and high-performing team across technician, support, and fleet operations functions.
Role involves:
- Owning end-to-end hiring for all Fleet Operations globally.
- Leading and managing a small team of recruiters.
- Partnering with Fleet Ops leadership to understand hiring needs.
- Sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates.
- Providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Using data to improve hiring processes.
- Supporting hiring managers with guidance.
- Collaborating with the wider People & Talent team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience hiring for technical operations, logistics, or fleet-related roles.
- Experience hiring on a global scale.
- Experience managing and developing talent acquisition professionals.
- Strong sourcing skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in-house and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Passion for candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS tools (desirable).
- Comfortable working in a startup or scale-up environment (desirable).
