Otter is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Los Angeles. Otter helps restaurateurs succeed in online food delivery by increasing sales, reducing order issues, and decreasing delivery headaches. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving engagement, retention, and monetization of high-value customers.
The Customer Success Manager will work closely with restaurants to understand their financials and help them solve their toughest problems by linking Otter's products and services. They will also be responsible for handling customer escalations and ensuring customer happiness, profitability, retention, and expansion.
