Ouihelp is seeking a mobile Sector Manager to reinforce operational teams across France. This person will support agencies facing increased activity or temporary difficulties. The Mobile Sector Manager serves as the primary contact for elderly or disabled individuals and their families, ensuring they can continue living at home comfortably.

The role involves traveling to agencies in need for 1-6 weeks, typically from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays spent working remotely. The candidate will collaborate with existing teams to maintain service quality, leveraging their expertise in dependency care and partnerships with medico-social entities. Success is measured by maintaining service quality, contributing to agency development and growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing agency activity and implementing new support systems
• Ensuring the quality and continuity of service
• Managing administrative tasks and contract compliance
• Analyzing, supporting, and stabilizing struggling agencies

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience in personal services, working with assistants, beneficiaries, and local institutions
• Strong listening and customer service skills
• High autonomy, adaptability, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work as a team and willingness to do so
• Ground and operational taste
• Comfort with digital tools
• Passion to improve the daily lives of French people losing their autonomy
• Easily mobile at the national level for missions of 1 to 6 weeks
• Hold a B permit
