Contentful is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of its product development processes. This role is at the intersection of people, process, and product, working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and cross-functional teams.Contentful is a leading digital experience platform that helps modern businesses meet the growing demand for engaging, personalized content at scale.What this role involves:

• Driving operational excellence by optimizing product development workflows.
• Leading the planning and change management of complex product operations initiatives.
• Implementing and maintaining tools and automations to streamline workflows.
• Analyzing reports to gain insights and working on improvement initiatives.
• Identifying operational risks and driving resolution across teams.
• Developing documentation and training programs for product managers.
• Facilitating clear communication between various teams.
• Championing the role of product operations across the organization.
• Collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company is ideal.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling operational processes.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Coupa.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with technical domains is a plus.
