Responsable de secteur (service à la personne) - Poste itinérant H/F at Ouihelp

Ouihelp is expanding its operational teams and is looking for Itinerant Sector Managers throughout France. The Itinerant Sector Manager (RSI) works within the Ouihelp network agencies to provide reinforcement to ensure increased activity and/or to ensure continuity of service for an agency temporarily experiencing difficulties.

The Itinerant Sector Manager is the primary point of contact, for the duration of his mission, for the elderly or disabled people accompanied by Ouihelp, as well as their families. He makes every effort to allow everyone, whatever their situation, to continue living at home, as long as possible and in the best conditions.

Role involves:

• Intervening in understaffed agencies, in difficulty or in increasing activity.
• Collaborating with the teams in place and supporting them to ensure continuity of service to clients.
• Maintaining with the agency's employees the quality and continuity of the agency's service.
• Participating in the development and growth of the agency.

Requirements:

• Experience in personal services and with auxiliaries, beneficiaries and local institutions (CLIC, CCAS, etc.)
• Listening and customer service skills
• Strong autonomy, adaptability, organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability and pleasure to work in a team
• Taste for the field and operations, with a strong capacity for work, involvement and analysis
• Ease with digital tools
• Mobile at the national level easily for missions of 1 to 6 weeks (travel to be expected from Monday to Thursday / Friday - TT)
• Essential driving license B
