Responsable de secteur (service à la personne) - Poste itinérant H/F at Ouihelp

Ouihelp is looking for a Mobile Sector Manager to reinforce its operational teams. The Mobile Sector Manager intervenes within the Ouihelp network agencies to provide support during increased activity and/or to ensure service continuity for an agency experiencing temporary difficulties. During the mission, they act as the primary contact for elderly or disabled individuals supported by Ouihelp, and their families. This role focuses on enabling individuals to continue living at home as long as possible and under the best conditions.

Role Involves:

• Intervening in understaffed, struggling, or growing agencies.
• Traveling throughout France for 1 to 6-week missions.
• Collaborating with existing teams to ensure service for clients.
• Maintaining service quality and continuity.
• Participating in the agencies development and growth .
• Developing the activity of the agency and implementing new support .
• Ensuring good administrative management and compliance of contracts
• Analyzing, supporting and stabilizing agencies in difficulty .

Requirements:

• Experience in personal services, working with assistants, beneficiaries, and local institutions.
• Client service orientation.
• Autonomy, adaptability, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Teamwork skills.
• Interest in field and operational work.
• Familiarity with digital tools.
• Passion for Ouihelp’s mission.
• Mobile nationally for 1 to 6-week missions.
• Driving license B is essential.
