Job Description
Spektrum is seeking an IT Support Specialist to support key client projects for the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The NCIA is responsible for providing secure and effective IT services to NATO member countries and partners. This role involves providing user-facing IT support activities through an IT Service Kiosk.Spektrum offers exciting opportunities in global locations and is looking for talented individuals to join their team.Role Involves:
  • Local logistical support for device deployment.
  • Deployment of client device baselines.
  • Assembly of end-user equipment and network connection.
  • User acceptance testing and reporting.
  • Operating an IT Service Kiosk for incident management, technical support, asset management, user education, and network assistance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in assembly, setup, configuration, and testing of end-user IT equipment.
  • Ability to perform local logistical support.
  • Skilled in deployment of client device baselines.
  • Experience in operating an IT Service Kiosk.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve tickets within SLA timelines.
  • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
