Head of Generative AI & Data Platforms (H/F)

PALO IT is seeking a Head of Generative AI & Data Platforms in France to drive its AI transformation. The role involves contributing to AI-powered projects, leading engineering teams, and advising clients on AI strategies.

The Head of Generative AI & Data Platforms will work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their challenges, shape roadmaps, and deliver strategic outcomes. He/she will also represent PALO IT as a speaker and thought leader within global tech communities.

Role Involves:

• Contributing to AI-powered projects.
• Leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Advising clients on AI strategies.
• Developing and maintaining scalable data and AI systems.
• Guiding machine learning and generative AI pipelines.
• Staying updated on emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in software engineering and consulting.
• 5+ years in high-growth, agile environments.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to architect and deliver complex software systems.
• Expertise in big data pipelines and distributed computing.
• Proficiency in Python and ML/AI frameworks.
• Experience managing technical teams.
