Job Description

PALO IT is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to drive its AI-focused growth strategy in Sydney. This role involves a 50/50 split between managing Microsoft and GitHub AI-related partnerships and account management for existing clients, focusing on AI offerings. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in AI ecosystem trends and able to connect business opportunities with technical capabilities.

The Strategic Partner Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, tech delivery, and leadership teams to translate partnership potential into tangible business value.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating business opportunities and revenues through partnerships with Microsoft and GitHub.
  • Developing and executing partnership strategies with a focus on AI solutions.
  • Driving collaboration and co-innovation with Microsoft and GitHub, particularly around AI.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for AI adoption across existing clients.
  • Leading the execution of AI-focused co-marketing and co-selling activities.
  • Tracking and reporting on partnership performance.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of Partnership/Account Management experience in the Tech space.
  • Strong understanding of AI trends, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise innovation.
  • Proven experience in B2B strategic partnerships, account management, or ecosystem development.
  • Prior exposure to working with Microsoft and GitHub platforms is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
