Job Description
Fortra is seeking an IT Response Analyst to maintain change management, incident response, and problem management. The IT Response Analyst will play a key role in strategic meetings with leadership teams. This role emphasizes proactive actions, making recommendations, and then swiftly executing them.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage change management processes.
  • Evaluate Request for Change (RFCs).
  • Lead incident response efforts.
  • Conduct detailed root cause analysis.
  • Facilitate postmortem reviews.
  • Implement and maintain problem management processes.
  • Participate in strategic meetings with leadership teams.
  • Proactively make recommendations for improvements and execute them promptly.
  • Advise on response strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or an equivalent qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Operations or related roles.
  • Solid knowledge of ITL frameworks (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of business alignment.
