The role involves collaborating with expert instructors and cross-functional teams to create hands-on learning experiences covering AI systems, prompt engineering, and modern frameworks. Role involves: - Owning the end-to-end content development lifecycle for new courses.
- Sourcing and recruiting top-tier instructors.
- Collaborating with instructors to create engaging learning materials.
- Designing, reviewing, and creating content on technical AI engineering topics.
- Reviewing code, exercises, and course material.
- Assessing course performance using learner feedback and engagement data.
- Identifying and prioritizing high-impact AI engineering topics.
- Identifying ways AI can streamline content production processes.
Requirements: - Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based systems.
- Experience in a technical education role or educational content creation.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
