DataCamp is seeking a Curriculum Manager in Artificial Intelligence to lead the development of a best-in-class curriculum focused on bridging the gap between conceptual understanding and practical application of AI for professionals. The Curriculum Manager will collaborate with expert instructors, curriculum designers, and cross-functional teams to create interactive learning experiences that help professionals understand and use AI effectively. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making AI accessible and impactful for everyone, regardless of technical background.

Responsibilities include:
  • Owning the end-to-end content development lifecycle & timelines for new courses.
  • Sourcing and recruiting top-tier instructors with deep expertise in relevant tools, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Collaborating with instructors to create engaging learning materials.
  • Designing, reviewing, and creating content on AI topics.
  • Continuously assessing course performance using learner feedback and engagement data to drive improvements.
  • Identifying and prioritizing high-impact AI topics for new content development.
  • Identifying ways AI can streamline content production processes and improve content quality.

Requirements include:
  • Strong technical background, focusing on clearly communicating concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated interest in generative AI and productivity tooling.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of functional AI use cases.
  • Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or education technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with content creators, educators, and subject matter experts.
