Bandwidth is seeking a Senior Sales Development Manager to lead high-performing business development teams. This role focuses on developing the outbound acquisition function and progressing employees into Account Management or Account Executive roles. What this role involves: - Driving qualified sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound hunting.
- Maintaining accurate activity planning and cadence using CRM and outreach tools.
- Motivating the team to exceed activity and opportunity creation goals.
- Delivering coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Building cross-functional relationships within sales, marketing, revenue operations, and product teams.
- Ensuring the team is equipped with product, system, and selling skills.
- Designing and executing campaign strategies for hunting and outreach.
- Providing insight and analysis of lead data to create actionable plans.
Requirements: - A Bachelor’s degree with a business concentration.
- 4+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Front-line SDR/BDR/AAE experience.
- 3/4 years’ experience of owning a sales quota.
- Expertise in selling strategies, strategic planning, and execution.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence thinking and gain acceptance in sensitive situations.
- Ability to lead and motivate the inside sales team.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
