Bandwidth is seeking a Senior Sales Development Manager to lead high-performing business development teams. This role focuses on developing the outbound acquisition function and progressing employees into Account Management or Account Executive roles.   • Driving qualified sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound hunting.
  • Maintaining accurate activity planning and cadence using CRM and outreach tools.
  • Motivating the team to exceed activity and opportunity creation goals.
  • Delivering coaching, performance management, and career development.
  • Building cross-functional relationships within sales, marketing, revenue operations, and product teams.
  • Ensuring the team is equipped with product, system, and selling skills.
  • Designing and executing campaign strategies for hunting and outreach.
  • Providing insight and analysis of lead data to create actionable plans.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree with a business concentration.
  • 4+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Front-line SDR/BDR/AAE experience.
  • 3/4 years’ experience of owning a sales quota.
  • Expertise in selling strategies, strategic planning, and execution.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence thinking and gain acceptance in sensitive situations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate the inside sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
