Grafana Labs is seeking a Major Account Executive, Acquisition, to drive new business across the South East region. The ideal candidate will identify, nurture, and close opportunities with new customers, managing forecasts and tracking customer data. Grafana Labs emphasizes a consultative sales approach, prioritizing understanding customer needs before discussing products.Role involves:
- Prospecting and closing new business
- Managing all aspects of the sales process
- Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Understanding and conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
- Managing sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Handling quote creation, order processing, and customer requests
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement
- Energetic, upbeat, and adaptable team player
- Experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with open source technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal
