AutoScout24 is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join their international HR team in Munich. This is a temporary position for 12-18 months. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR administration, enjoy supporting employees, and be knowledgeable in labor, payroll tax, and social security law.   • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
  • Manage personnel administration tasks from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Implement personnel actions in the Workday HR system.
  • Optimize interfaces and processes, such as payroll preparation.
  • Collaborate on strategic HR projects with business stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A degree or completed vocational training, ideally with a focus on HR.
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar field.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Interest in new HR tools and ideally experience with Workday.
  • Solid knowledge of current labor, payroll tax, and social security law.
  • Integrity, sensitivity to HR issues, proactive communication, and high flexibility.
  • Native-level German skills and very good English skills.
