AutoScout24, a market leader in online car buying and selling in Belgium, is seeking a Tele Sales Representative to join their fast-growing, international team in Anderlecht. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive sector and digital transformation, contributing to the company's mission of innovation, growth, and digitalization.
Role Involves:
- Prospecting new customers via phone and email.
- Managing existing customer relationships and optimizing their online presence.
- Recording actions and results in Salesforce.
- Collaborating with various teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Energy and sales drive with a results-oriented mindset.
- Commercial skills to convince clients and seize opportunities.
- Affinity with cars and the automotive sector (a plus).
- Experience in B2B or telesales (a plus).
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and French (English is a plus).
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in digital tools; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
