MaintainX is seeking a Sales Technology & Automation Lead to revolutionize its go-to-market engine. This role will focus on scaling pipeline generation and deal velocity by leveraging AI tools and automation systems.The Sales Technology & Automation Lead will be responsible for:
  • Building and optimizing data enrichment systems using tools like Clay.
  • Developing automated contact sourcing workflows.
  • Designing and implementing AI-driven solutions for sales team efficiency.
  • Streamlining account mapping processes.
  • Developing solutions to map corporate hierarchies.
  • Measuring and analyzing program performance.
MaintainX requires the following qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles within high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of building AI and automation solutions for lead generation and sales enablement.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Zapier, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including GPT-based systems.
  • Familiarity with data processing pipelines, ETL systems, and API integrations.
  • Experience in building and optimizing systems for account sourcing and prioritization.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through advanced mathematical modeling.
