MaintainX is seeking a highly skilled Principal Talent Partner to focus on executive recruitment. This role is crucial for building and developing leadership teams, with a focus on Director, Senior Director, and VP-level positions. The Principal Talent Partner will manage the full recruitment cycle for key leadership roles, sometimes handling the process internally and other times acting as the main liaison with external search firms.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for leadership roles.
- Partnering with internal leaders to provide strategic recruitment support.
- Leading workforce planning initiatives.
- Representing MaintainX professionally.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years in executive recruiting within high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong network within the San Francisco talent market.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Experience partnering with search firms.
