MaintainX is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to focus on leadership hiring. The role involves full-cycle recruitment for key leadership positions, partnering with internal leaders, and guiding workforce planning. The Principal Talent Partner will also collaborate with external search firms for C-Level roles, ensuring they represent MaintainX with excellence.

What this role involves:
  • Driving full-cycle leadership recruitment for Director, Sr Director, VP, and C-suite roles.
  • Building strong partnerships with internal leadership.
  • Leveraging networks to identify and engage top leadership talent.
  • Representing MaintainX with professionalism.
  • Partnering with external search firms.
  • Delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Guiding workforce planning initiatives.
  • Creating compelling content to promote open roles.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years in talent acquisition.
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for senior leadership roles in tech SaaS environments.
  • Well-connected within the San Francisco talent market.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Experience partnering with retained search firms is a plus.
  • Background in workforce planning or organizational design support is an advantage.
