MaintainX, a leading asset management and work intelligence platform, is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive. This role offers the unique opportunity to own and manage a defined market, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The Account Executive will report directly to the Sales Director and will have high visibility within the team.
Responsibilities: - Close new accounts and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Contribute to the pipeline through prospecting efforts.
- Manage and convert leads from the sales cycle to contract closure.
- Conduct presentations, including discovery calls, product demonstrations, and closing calls.
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales with a +/- 15% margin of error.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including new leads, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Utilize systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Be open to continuous coaching and constructive criticism.
Requirements: - B2B sales experience.
- 2+ years of total sales experience in a closing role.
- Documented success as a "closer".
- Ability to articulate metrics and data.
- Willingness to prospect and contribute to your own pipeline.
- Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and multitasking.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
