MaintainX, a leading asset management and work intelligence platform, is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive. This role offers the unique opportunity to own and manage a defined market, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The Account Executive will report directly to the Sales Director and will have high visibility within the team.Responsibilities:
  • Close new accounts and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Contribute to the pipeline through prospecting efforts.
  • Manage and convert leads from the sales cycle to contract closure.
  • Conduct presentations, including discovery calls, product demonstrations, and closing calls.
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales with a +/- 15% margin of error.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including new leads, demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Utilize systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Be open to continuous coaching and constructive criticism.
Requirements:
  • B2B sales experience.
  • 2+ years of total sales experience in a closing role.
  • Documented success as a "closer".
  • Ability to articulate metrics and data.
  • Willingness to prospect and contribute to your own pipeline.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and multitasking.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
