Bottomline is seeking a Vendor Success Enablement Associate to support their Paymode Vendor Success team. This role is within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Bottomline is a global leader in business payments and cash management, with over 35 years of experience and moving more than $16 trillion in payments annually. They transform the way businesses pay and get paid.Responsibilities:
  • Support the design of programs, processes, and enablement materials to increase Vendor Success effectiveness.
  • Liaise with Product, Operations, Vendor Sales, and other internal groups to document processes and workflows.
  • Help manage internal-facing deliverables such as training materials, standard operating procedures, and how-to documents.
  • Manage key KPI reporting for operational management.
  • Playbook enhancement and development for Vendor Success teams.
  • Executive Leadership Team reporting on key Operational Analytics on Vendor Success performance and progress.
Requirements:
  • Program/project management, strategy & operations, or other operational role experience.
  • Experience documenting and defining new processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Strong communication and customer success or service skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to turn insight into action.
  • Strong experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, evolving environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
  • Experience utilizing BI tools to perform business performance analysis.
  • Highly organized with an ability to work across different tasks and activities.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, with a business or technical focus.
