Brainlabs, a high-performance media agency, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join their team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality work for clients, develop an understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, and contribute to process improvements and innovation.
    Role Involves:
  • Delivering campaigns that outperform KPIs.
  • Following best practices and QA processes.
  • Providing insightful reporting on campaign performance.
  • Advocating for the practice and growing knowledge across the team.
  • Spearheading projects for process improvement and automation.
  • Developing presentation and storytelling skills.
    Requirements:
  • 18+ months of experience in delivering activation for clients in Paid Media.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
  • Passion for growing a career in marketing.
  • Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management.
  • Good understanding of how other channels work and optimize together.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
