Role Involves: - Delivering campaigns that outperform KPIs.
- Following best practices and QA processes.
- Providing insightful reporting on campaign performance.
- Advocating for the practice and growing knowledge across the team.
- Spearheading projects for process improvement and automation.
- Developing presentation and storytelling skills.
Requirements: - 18+ months of experience in delivering activation for clients in Paid Media.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
- Passion for growing a career in marketing.
- Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management.
- Good understanding of how other channels work and optimize together.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
