Job Description
Axon is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join its finance organization and work with key business leaders. This role involves driving growth opportunities, providing financial value-adds to product delivery, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment that values agility, initiative, and creative thinking.
Role Involves:
- Converting financial, product-usage, and customer-lifecycle data into enterprise metrics.
- Building and delivering high-performance BI dashboards.
- Managing the financial reporting system (Adaptive Planning).
- Partnering with stakeholders to analyze headcount data.
- Driving process improvements and streamlining financial and BI systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, information systems, or data science.
- 3-6 years of experience in business intelligence, data modeling, forecasting, and business analytics.
- SQL Database experience.
- Experience driving process improvements.
- Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Experience with Snowflake and Adaptive Planning preferred.
