The Fraud team's mission is to protect the company's and clients' interests by ensuring the integrity and security of operations against fraudulent activities. They identify, analyze, and mitigate fraud risks across the organization, collaborating with other institutions to intercept fraudulent actions using advanced technologies, data analysis, and interdepartmental collaboration.
As a Fraud Prevention Coordinator at Stone, the individual will have a strategic position with responsibilities such as:
- Leading and coordinating a team dedicated to fraud investigation and repression.
- Combating and preventing fraudulent activities.
- Handling reports of fraud from card networks and institutions.
- Interacting with law enforcement agencies.
- Participating in events related to combating fraud.
- Developing and implementing effective fraud prevention strategies.
- Analyzing data to identify suspicious activities and potential fraud cases.
- Collaborating with other teams within the organization.
- Continuously monitoring activities and transactions to detect new fraud patterns.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of text editors and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets).
- Knowledge of presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Law.
