Job Description
Wrike, a work management platform, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support payroll processing, accounting operations, and reporting. The Payroll Analyst will collaborate with the Payroll Manager, support HR and Finance teams, and maintain accounting general ledger journals.
Role Involves:
- Collaborating with the Payroll Manager for payroll review and approval.
- Supporting HR and Finance teams with payroll tax matters.
- Verifying and maintaining accounting general ledger journals.
- Preparing ad hoc reports for accruals.
- Learning US Payroll processing and acting as a backup.
- Communicating with different departments for information.
- Assisting with year-end audits.
- Streamlining operations and tasks.
- Managing special projects.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and communicate across cultures.
- Strong understanding of payroll operations and accounting.
- Advanced English skills.
