Job Description
Veeam, a leader in data resilience, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop business with new and existing commercial segment customers in Mexico City. This role involves developing sales activities, upselling to existing customers, and building a sales pipeline through proactive outreach. The Territory Sales Manager will collaborate with the regional sales team, systems engineers, and Veeam partners to close deals and meet revenue targets. They will also leverage partner-generated business, drive account strategies, and coordinate team selling efforts.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing sales activities with commercial segment new customers.
  • Upselling and cross-selling to existing commercial customers.
  • Developing sales pipeline by proactive calling.
  • Working with regional sales team to advance opportunities.
  • Closing business in conjunction with Veeam partners.
  • Meeting individual and team revenue targets.
  • Leveraging business generated by partners.
  • Driving account strategies and coordinating team selling efforts.
  • Effectively executing a territory plan.
  • Entering forecasting and account details in SalesForce.
  • Engaging with Veeam Strategic Alliance partners.
  • Coordinating and participating in marketing activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced English.
  • At least three (3) years of sales experience, selling software through channels and end users.
  • Experience in business-to-business selling using a consultative sales approach.
  • Strong closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of large distributors and value-added resellers (VARs).
  • Knowledge of the virtualization industry.
  • Knowledge of solution selling and value-based selling techniques.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM systems (SalesForce required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
