Cake, originating from Taiwan, is seeking a PR & Partnership Specialist to enhance its brand visibility and establish strong PR engagement and industry partnerships. The role involves deepening media engagement through impactful press releases, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership activities. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of Cake’s PR efforts, ensuring the brand’s continued growth and recognition in a dynamic, international market.

Responsibilities include:

• Crafting and distributing press releases.
• Building and maintaining partnerships with media outlets.
• Implementing PR strategies to enhance brand positioning.
• Managing award submissions and coordinating cross-industry collaborations.
• Overseeing content licensing and media collaborations.
• Maintaining a database of media partners and industry events.
• Tracking and analyzing media coverage.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in PR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
• Ability to translate market trends into strategic PR angles.
• Proven experience in media outreach, partnership development, or account management.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with PR performance metrics and tools.
• Experience in campaign and event marketing.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Experience working in 1-100 stage startups or in international startup environments.
