Job Description
Enavate, a US-based IT company and Microsoft Cloud Certified Partner, is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer to join their expanding team. The role involves creating innovative AI solutions for Microsoft Dynamics clients, utilizing Microsoft’s AI services to automate tasks, enhance decision-making, and streamline business processes. The Senior AI Developer will report to Enavate Labs Leader.
Role involves:
- Designing and building AI solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI services.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate client goals into AI models.
- Working with Azure AI Studio and Microsoft Copilot Studio to develop and optimize AI agents.
- Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Documenting technical architectures, AI designs, and integration processes.
- Supporting the AI project lifecycle and providing post-launch training.
- Staying updated on the latest AI trends and technologies.
- Troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance of AI models.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience designing and building AI solutions with Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI services.
- Hands-on experience engineering AI agents using Azure AI Studio and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and large language model-based solutions.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Strong coding skills in Python and C#.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, MLOps, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.
- Experience writing clear technical documentation.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with solution architecture design and technical documentation.
