Ecosystem Specialist - EMEA at GitLab

GitLab is seeking an Ecosystem Specialist to support its EMEA operations. This role is pivotal in GitLab's Ecosystem Go-To-Market strategy. The Ecosystem Specialist will act as a subject matter expert for internal teams and partners, manage relationships, provide operational support, and establish best practices, ensuring the partner ecosystem remains efficient and scalable. The role involves collaborating with sales, deal desk, and billing teams.

• Validating and processing partner quote requests.
• Receiving purchase orders and preparing opportunities for closure.
• Building and managing relationships with global distributors and partners.
• Providing daily operational support to sales, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Developing and improving critical partner processes.
• Presenting key business updates and dashboard metrics.
• Documenting and maintaining processes and best practices.
• Delivering ad hoc reporting requests.

Requirements include:

• Familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry.
• Experience with enterprise QTC processes and CPQ tools.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with sales/partner sales teams and partners.
• SFDC experience and knowledge of partner management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Interest in GitLab and open source software.
