Job Description

Dunamu is seeking a Service Planner for the Upbit Core division. This role involves communication with various teams to deliver better services, planning new service launches for Upbit Korea and globally, and improving existing services. The Service Planner will engage in service strategy and planning, analyze requirements, solve problems related to Upbit's operations and policies, design and improve internal operational policies and processes, and establish and improve domestic and international compliance processes. The role also includes data analysis and research to support service launches and improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning new services and enhancing existing ones
  • Organizing requirements and policies for major tasks
  • Deriving insights from user data analysis and improving services
  • Designing and planning UI/UX

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in web/mobile service planning
  • Ability to design customer-centric services that maximize user experience for business models
  • Experience in overall planning from Frontend (Web/App) to Backend
  • Experience in operating services after launch
  • Ability to establish and improve service development and operation processes
  • Ability to lead communication and collaboration with relevant departments for product development
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead collaboration with relevant departments
  • Systematic documentation skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
