Job Description

Dunamu is seeking a Service Planner to join its Upbit Value-up team. This team focuses on enhancing Upbit beyond a trading platform, aiming to increase user engagement and satisfaction with the Korean service. The role involves strategic service planning, data analysis, and collaboration with various internal teams to address customer needs and improve operational efficiency.

Role Involves:

  • Establishing service strategies and policies.
  • Planning new services and enhancing existing ones.
  • Deriving insights from data analysis and implementing service improvements.
  • Designing UX/UI and detailed planning.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience as a PO, PM, or service planner.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs based on data and translate them into services.
  • Experience in defining and logically structuring/specifying service issues.
  • Experience in considering various solutions to problems through market research, user research, and data analysis.
