Product Manager

Job Description

PayPay Card Corporation, established in 2021, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Product Manager to drive the cashless revolution in Japan. This role involves owning and delivering high-impact solutions that redefine the credit card and payments landscape. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex initiatives.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed product requirements.
• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and other teams.
• Manage project timelines and prioritize features.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.
• Communicate product updates to stakeholders.
• Develop a deep understanding of the credit card domain and relevant Japanese laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience launching and iterating on complex products.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese.
