Job Description
Nature's Bakery, founded in 2011, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage transportation, inventory, and customer service tasks. The Logistics Specialist will report to the Logistics Supervisor. Nature's Bakery joined forces with KIND to create a health and wellness platform within Mars, Inc.
Role involves:
- Owning all transportation, inventory, and customer service tasks.
- Building reports to create visibility.
- Identifying and resolving current and future issues.
- Minimizing impact to customers.
- Identifying and delivering unrealized opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service (2+ years preferred).
- 1+ year of experience working in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fantastic oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve goals independently.
- Multiple instances of working successfully on teams.
