CloudKitchens, a brand from City Storage Systems (CSS), is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee 4–5 facilities in the Philadelphia region. This role involves leading a team of Associate Operations Managers, optimizing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining operational discipline, driving customer success, and ensuring compliance and safety across all facilities.

• Managing day-to-day operations of 4–5 CloudKitchens facilities.
• Leading, training, and coaching hourly staff and site-level managers.
• Optimizing order fulfillment processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Owning the P&L for the region and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Supporting onboarding of new customers and resolving operational issues.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to shape product roadmaps and resolve issues.
• Maintaining facility permits, licenses, and compliance with safety standards.

• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or facilities management.
• Experience managing frontline teams in multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to own KPIs and drive measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be on-site regularly.
• Knowledge of P&L management and compliance practices is a plus.
