Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

BCB Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their rapidly growing team in London. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in software engineering, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms. They should also have a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for shaping the future of crypto-financial services through innovative and client-centric solutions.This role involves:

• Developing, testing, releasing, supporting, and maintaining complex financial platforms.
• Working closely with product managers on new feature design and building scalable products.
• Embedding Crypto services into the BCB platform.

Requirements include:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience working with microservices and distributed systems architecture.
• Expert proficiency in server-side development, ideally in TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Go/C#/C++/Java or another high-level language preferred.
• Experience with Node.JS and server frameworks, ideally NestJS.
• High level expertise in SQL development and database programming: MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Good working knowledge of front-end frameworks, ideally Angular and Angular Material.
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms, ideally Google Cloud.
• Expertise in automated testing at unit, integration and system level.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms, ideally gitlab.
• An Interest in crypto currencies and the leading blockchain technologies, such as Ethereum and Bitcoin.
• Experience in Fintech/Banking is highly desirable.
