Physical Therapist

Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver compassionate care at Assisted Living Facilities in the Tewksbury, MA area. This role empowers the geriatric and senior population to regain strength, mobility, and independence within a supportive, team-oriented environment. The role involves:

• Evaluating patients to assess strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Delivering care at assisted living locations.
• Providing therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy and gait training.
• Promoting safety and fall prevention.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Educating patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Documenting patient care services using EMR.
• Enhancing professional growth through educational programs.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending state license to practice PT.
• Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care.
• An interest in working with the senior population.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
